We have had a wonderful start to the holiday season with a quiet Thanksgiving at home (just the 3 of us) and a weekend in Georgia seeing family and having breakfast with Santa. We’ve seen lights, made hot cocoa and cupcakes, and enjoyed some sweet family time. Hailee has decided that she LOVES winter and snow! Maybe that will help bring the two grown ups along into finding a little more magic in it this year.

We are looking forward to a few days together over the holidays, hunkered down because the bomb cyclone and tons of snow are headed our way. Maybe there are snow angels and snow men in our future.

New Year’s Eve marks 10 years since Nick proposed! We are looking forward to celebrating a little while Gigi gets some sweet Grandma time with Hailee.

2022 has been one of the more challenging we’ve faced as a family. But, we are grateful to look back and see the lessons learned and the love that was shared. May the Lord bless you and yours, no matter what the coming year holds. We pray you hold tightly to your blessings and find the beauty in everything.
